In wedding photography, we all strive to capture those perfect, unrepeatable moments that tell a love story like no other. It’s a craft that demands skill and a deep passion for storytelling. That’s why we’re embarking on a special project and need your help to make it happen. The idea? To build a community-powered list of the best wedding photographers across the United States. But we’re not looking for just any list. We want to create a directory that truly reflects the talents and hard work of individuals making a real impact in our industry.
We’ve all seen those “top photographer” lists circulating online. Too often, they’re influenced more by who’s willing to pay for a spot than by genuine talent. We think it’s time for a change. Our goal is to highlight photographers based on merit and the recommendations of their peers—because who better to recognize excellence in our field than those of us in the trenches, capturing love stories every day?
We’re asking for just a bit of your time to make this happen. Participate in our survey by nominating a photographer you believe deserves recognition. We want to know who you think is creating outstanding work, along with the state they’re located in. This isn’t about competition but celebrating our collective talent and dedication.
And because we appreciate the value of community and the time you’re taking to contribute, the LLF team is excited to offer a small token of our gratitude to each participant. Once the survey wraps up and we’ve announced the results, you’ll receive a special gift from us.
This is your chance to help shape a truly honest and community-driven showcase of the best wedding photographers in the US. Let’s come together to celebrate the artistry, dedication, and passion that define our industry. Your voice matters, and we can’t wait to hear it. This survey will end at the end of March, and the winners will be announced on April 8!
Surveys for other countries will happen soon!
